Having a guided meditation is another way to work with me. I will guide you to fully relax and fully rejuvenate your system. Which will have you feeling rested and more energetic, ready to face the rest of your day ahead with clarity and focus. You’ll also have a greater sense of wellbeing.

Stress causes your nervous system to go into overdrive, causing the ‘Fight or Flight’ response to kick in. Back in the day this would ease when we had dealt with the danger. However todays stresses are in all areas of our lives, causing hormones like cortisol to keep flowing in our system which can cause burn out, high blood pressure, weakened immune system and elevated blood sugar. All very unhealthy states to be in.

Meditating regularly alters our stress response, which reduces your heart rate, breathing rate, stress hormones and your anxiety which is a whole lot healthier for you now & in the long term. You’ll also have a greater sense of wellbeing within your life, you’ll think more clearly and respond more calmly to things that normally would trigger you. Ultimately, you could be happier and healthier meditating regularly, it's so beneficial for good mental health too
