Different events that happen throughout our lives can cause trauma that our subconscious stores within our bodies. These traumas can cause blockages that may lead to health issues that we can't seem to shift or heal from be it physical, mental, emotional or energetic.

With your permission, I can hold a sacred space for you in the session to clear any of these traumas energetically. I don’t force anything onto you, it’s your unique energy that actually does the work as I hold the space for you. I listen more than I talk as mostly words are not needed.

This is deep soul work that will support changes within your life. Each session is different as it works on where you are at in the present moment, and therefore results vary. Whatever heals and clears, trust it’s the right time. The sessions are very sacred, safe and private.
